Very skilled operator clearing yard of concrete. This was a full day.  We were able to remove quite a bit of material and recycled mostly concrete and asphalt.  We also removed some dirt and added 10 tons of base rock.

Carport Demo I have been looking forward to knocking this thing down for a while.  This sat on the property line and was quite atrocious.  With some precision, we cut it down quickly and took it to recycle.  Afterwards, we put up a nice fence and opened up the view for the neighbors and ourselves.

Drywall Installed. This past week, we passed our rough inspection and Rockers will be getting their sheetrock inspection next.  Here’s a quick look at how things are coming together.
