We are just about ready for our rough inspection in our 3/1 to 3/2 conversion with Jr ADU. We moved the electric meter, shored up the structure, changed the floor plan, replaced all electrical and plumbing. We are even adding fire sprinklers and new detached two car garage, fresh landscaping, gas fireplace, Mitsubishi HVAC heads in all bedrooms and living spaces. It’s probable, I should have just changed the floors and paint, but this is a lot more fun.
